Plot

Buddy Ackerman, an influential picture show mogul, hires the immature executive when his supporter. Guy, world health organization has good graduated from either film school, believes that his recently job occurs as golden chance. Despite warnings from either Rex, a forthcoming secretary, Guy remains affirmative.

Alas, Pal turns intent on exist as an employer from either hell; he treats Guy such as the slave, cases him to sadistic (& public) verbal abuse, & has him cavort doing nonmeaningful errands. Guy is humilated & forced to bear a brunt of his insults. After Guy overhears the phone conversation between his girlfriend, Dawn, & Chum that leads him to think Sidekick is roll in the hay her, he snaps & kidnaps Chum sequentially to enact a bit of retaliation.

Once in Guy's power, nonetheless, Chum reveals first the man, vulnerable side, telling the tragical story all about his married woman's demise & revealing that he as well was another time the intimidated help to right, tyrannic men. Guy besides learns two or three secrets just about Dawn, & suddenly must look at what he really wants from either life & what lengths he'll attend become it.
